Born in Brooklyn, Gail Rigler brings a New York City edge to her work. She blends street smarts with good business sense. The result is marketing with moxie. As CMO, Gail advances Working Solutions’ leadership in business process outsourcing as the company expands.
For more than 20 years, she led divisional and global marketing at EDS, a $20B technology company, which later was acquired by Hewlett-Packard. As chief marketing and communications officer at VHA, she spearheaded brand strategy for a nationwide network of nonprofit healthcare organizations, bringing a 21st-century point of view to a staid industry.
Complementing a corporate career, she worked as president of her own firm, GCR Marketing, LLC, serving as senior advisor to the president of Information Technology Services Marketing Association. Rounding out her street smarts, Gail earned an MBA from University of Maryland.
Speaking at The Incite Customer Service Summit, Gail says she strives to make clients heroes in their own industries. “We exist to elevate them.”
Industry know-how precedes great customer care, Gail believes. “That’s why our agents are educated in a client’s business to deliver branded service. No one should expect less.”
Salvador Dali prints hang in Gail’s home. She admires his offbeat outlook and willingness to take chances. “For me, business and Dali are a lot alike. Different perspectives and taking risks. Odd angles sharpen your game.”
