Working Solutions Named a Finalist for BPO of the Year

At the upcoming world’s biggest industry event for customer service, Working Solutions will be among the finalists for the best business process outsourcer (BPO) of 2024.

The excellence awards by Contact Center Week (CCW) recognize companies and leaders for “their extraordinary contributions to the customer contact profession.” The BPO winner will be announced at its customer experience (CX) conference in June.
