Working Solutions Broadens Its Reach with New Board Members
To expand into emerging markets, on-demand outsourcer Working Solutions adds Ben Trowbridge, an award-winning CEO and cybersecurity expert, and Emilie Ray, a healthcare executive, to its board of directors.
Kim Houlne, chief executive of the well-known service provider, says their insight will strengthen its leadership in cybersecurity and technology innovation. Celebrating 25 years in business, the company’s move continues to define its role in virtual customer care.
Trowbridge and Ray both bring deep expertise and broad experience to the board. Because of the pandemic, they arrive as more companies turn to remote service and sales for customers.
Trowbridge led the creation of EY’s Global Cybersecurity as a Service practice, where he established a focused managed services leadership team, employing a quick-response strategy. With this approach, the team went from concept to operational reality in short order.
An experienced healthcare executive, Ray has led businesses to achieve growth through scaling operations, launching products and services, and driving results through influence and collaboration. She is the senior vice president and general manager of consumer markets for the medical-surgical business of McKesson.
