Working Solutions Headquarters Moves from Plano to Dallas, Texas

Company Celebrates with Well-Attended Open House

After 17 years in Plano, Texas, Working Solutions moved our corporate offices to new headquarters at 19111 Dallas Parkway in Dallas.

More than 100 clients, prospective clients, contact center agents and employees attended a recent open house to celebrate the move.

While we enjoyed working out of the 1820 Preston Park Blvd. facility, the time had come to change location as we refreshed the company’s brand and updated our image.

As an on-demand contact center outsourcer, we virtually operate the business. About 25 of our more than 150 employees come into the office. The rest work out of their homes nationwide. A network of 110,000+ independent agents in all 50 states provides services for customer care, sales and tech support.

The industry has evolved a lot since we founded the business in 1996. We’ve come a long way from humble beginnings in a one-person office in Omaha, Nebraska. The new headquarters reflect the times and our success.

Our branded tchotchkes and promotional items were a big hit. We had everything from cell phone powered fans, branded water, pens, magnets, stickers, notepads, buttons, and mints.

Clients, leaders, prospects, and agents came from all over to attend the grand opening of our new office location. The event was so successful with so many guests that we were informed our event could be heard on the opposite end of the building.
