Working Solutions Earns #148 Spot in the Top 500 OA Rankings
Dallas, Texas – A recognized leader in delivering superior customer experiences (CX), Working Solutions placed among the Top 500 of the respected OA500 and Global Outsourcing Firm (BPO) Index for 2023.
The on-demand, onshore service provider earned the #148 spot on the 2023 Outsource Accelerator (OA) index. The assessment is “based on 18 months of rigorous research using a thorough objective scoring methodology,” according to OA, known for its independent evaluation and expert implementation of business process outsourcing.
The index is a BPO-marketplace benchmark and advisory. It is well-regarded for evaluating outsourcing firms worldwide.
Kim Houlne, Working Solutions chief executive and founder, said: “It’s always rewarding to be acknowledged within such a diverse field of distinguished BPO providers. For 27 years, we set our company apart with personalized solutions for service and sales, all customized for every client.”
Of the more than 2,300 firms analyzed for the index, Working Solutions stands out above other service providers around the world. OA states: “These firms represent the $250 BN global offshoring, outsourcing, call center, BPO and PEO (professional employer organization) sector.”
The assessment is determined by using “a wide range of publicly available metadata points,” according to Outsource Accelerator. They include 20+ elements, such as domain authority, digital marketing and SEO-related metrics.
“Every time we place on an admired list like this one, it’s a reminder of why we started the business—to care for clients and their customers,” said Houlne. “Also, it serves notice to not only maintain high industry standards, but to constantly excel at them to improve CX performance.”
