Arsalan Suhail

Arsalan Suhail is a seasoned corporate executive with extensive experience in driving strategic- growth initiatives and globally expanding businesses. As the chief strategy officer, Arsalan leverages his industry expertise and global perspective to elevate customer experiences, using artificial intelligence and intelligent agents.

Arsalan brings a big-picture vantage to his role, with his diverse background spanning several industries that include healthcare, education, technology, elderly care, consumer products and industrial services. He has worked across Asia, Europe, Latin America and the Middle East. This experience gives him the skills to ensure the success of the company’s on-demand solutions.

Before joining Working Solutions, Arsalan served as the general manager of Corporate Development and Strategy at Caring. There, he led mergers and acquisitions, corporate partnerships, and strategic-growth initiatives. He was also an inaugural member of LLR Partners’ Growth Accelerator Program, a CXO-in-training program for private-equity operating leaders.

Prior, Arsalan spent 10 years as part of IBM Consulting’s strategy practice advising Fortune 500 executives and public-sector organizations on strategic, technology, and operational improvement initiatives. He led large enterprise teams and directed business development in America and abroad, gaining valuable experience that he brings to his current role.

Arsalan holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, where he was recognized as a Julia Stell Award recipient. He received a BA in economics from Bates College, and currently serves on the Alumni Council.
