I am Thankful For – You

While we pause to reflect on the things for which we are thankful, I want to take a moment and tell you what I am thankful for here are Working Solutions.

Favorite Things

It’s remarkable to reflect on how far we have come, particularly from those early days when we pioneered the at-home agent environment. Our continued success can be attributed to the brilliant team that shows up every day to support our clients. Whether you are part of a client contract, part of the internal staff or part of the agent support team, every day you show up dedicated to quality and continued success.

Our clients are another favorite thing, in that we are truly thankful to work with many of the most forward-thinking, progressive organizations in existence. Our clients understand the value of the customer, and in partnering with us to make a positive impact on their customers every day.

The teamwork that occurs regularly between our agent community and our clients is unprecedented in our field. This full-circle communication has afforded our clients operational cost savings, increased revenue and positive ROI – all thanks to the continued support of our agent community and internal team.

Some Challenges

In the beginning there was some resistance to the whole at-home model. In fact, we still see that resistance even today. In spite of the technological advances, many companies are still cautious about using the at-home agent model to support their customers.  Yet our agents persevered, continually proving day after day that virtual call centers are the best way to effectively handle all types of customer interactions.

Thankful For

I am privileged to work with so many great people. You are believers in providing the whole customer experience, and go beyond to make sure our clients look good every day. The team at Working Solutions continues to rise to every challenge, proving that our call center agents are smarter, work harder, and can improve customer experience − whether part of a virtual team or in a brick and mortar facility.

To all our agents and team members, thank you. Whether it is volunteering for Stand Up 2 Cancer or providing excellence in customer service, I am thankful that you are representing Working Solutions.
